Terms of Service

1. Who we are

adsbot.in ("AdsBot", "we", "us") is operated by Rahul Kumar Shukla, an individual (sole owner), of H.N. Shukla Nivaas, Rajbhodh ka Purva Part, Tribhuwan Nagar, Diksha Bhawan Gate, PS Kotwali Nagar Tahsil, Faizabad, Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh 224001, India. Contact: adsbot.inc@gmail.com, +91 95695 19361.

AdsBot is an independent training provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Adobe or any other software vendor named on this site. Our practice labs are original simulations built by AdsBot for education; they are not Adobe software.

2. These terms

By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to these Terms, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to buy a plan.

3. What AdsBot provides

  • Free: preview lessons on every course, the Beginner courses in full, the blog, the Error Library and the XDM tools.
  • Lab plan (₹7,799 per month): the three linked practice sandboxes, a private AEP workspace, missions and their credentials, and the AI Mentor.
  • All-access (₹9,899 per month): everything in the Lab plan plus every course, course certificates and Spark.
  • Business services (team licences, hiring assessments, implementation, Waypoint): by separate written agreement.

4. Your account

Give accurate details, keep your password secret and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. An account is for one person: you may not share it, sell it or let others use your plan.

5. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in Indian rupees and are the final amount you pay; no tax or fee is added at checkout. (We are not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.) Customers outside India are charged the rupee price and their bank converts it.
  • Payments are processed by PayU Payments Private Limited. We never receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.
  • Each payment buys one month of access, which starts as soon as the payment is confirmed. Paying again before the month ends adds another month after it.
  • Plans do not renew automatically. If we offer automatic renewal in future, it will only apply if you choose it and authorise it through your bank, and you will be able to cancel it at any time.
  • We may change prices for future months. A change never affects a month you have already paid for, and we will show new prices on the site before they apply.

6. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds and cancellation are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: access starts immediately, so a paid month is not refundable except in the cases that policy lists (such as duplicate charges, or the labs being unavailable because of a fault on our side).

7. Fair use of the labs and content

You may use AdsBot for your own learning. You must not:

  • share your login, resell access or let anyone else use your plan;
  • copy, download in bulk, scrape or republish our courses, labs, missions or other content;
  • try to access another learner's workspace or data, or get round any limit or security measure;
  • overload, attack, probe or disrupt the labs or the site, or use them to run anything unrelated to learning;
  • upload malware, or real personal data about other people, into the labs; or
  • cheat on missions, for example by faking results or using someone else's work.

If you break these rules we may suspend or end your access, after warning you where that is reasonable. The fee for the month in which that happens is not refunded, because the service was available to you.

8. Availability

The practice labs run on infrastructure we operate. We work to keep them available and show their live status at /status, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service; planned maintenance and occasional outages can happen. If the labs are down for more than 48 hours in a row during your paid month because of a fault on our side, the Refund & Cancellation Policy sets out how we make up for it.

9. Credentials

Credentials confirm that you passed AdsBot's automated checks in our simulations, or completed a course. They are not Adobe certifications. Credential pages are public so employers can verify them. We may revoke a credential obtained by cheating or through a breach of these Terms.

10. AI features

The AI Mentor, website assistant and blog use AI models that we run ourselves. AI answers can be incomplete or wrong; check anything important before relying on it.

11. Ownership

Our courses, labs, missions, software and other content belong to us and are licensed to you only for personal learning while your plan is active. Anything you create in your own lab workspace remains yours; you allow us to store and process it to provide the service.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or opportunities), and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

13. Ending the service

You can stop at any time by not renewing, and you can ask us to close your account. We may stop offering a plan or the service with at least 30 days' notice; if that happens during a month you have paid for, we refund the unused days, as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with its date and, for significant changes, tell you at least 7 days before they take effect. Changes never apply to a month you have already paid for.

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month.

16. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your right to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the courts at Ayodhya (Faizabad), Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
